Conservation
Blue Iguana Gin encompasses the true spirit of The Cayman Islands, community, passion and conservation. While creating this gin Grand Cayman Distillery worked hand and hand with The Blue Iguana Conservation facility, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park and the National Trust of the Cayman Islands. A portion of the proceeds from every bottle sold go to the Blue Iguana Conservation.

Grand Cayman Distillery is the premier craft distillery for the Cayman Islands. It specializes in handcrafted gin, crafted from the finest botanicals in the Caribbean. We take pride in making spirits that encompass the spirit of the Cayman Islands and its unique flavor profiles. Our gin is made with a perfect balance of botanicals, so that each sip is a unique experience.
Our flagship gin, the Blue Iguana, encompasses the true spirit of The Cayman Islands, community, passion and conservation. While creating this gin Grand Cayman Distillery worked hand and hand with The Blue Iguana Conservation facility, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park and the National Trust of the Cayman Islands. A portion of the proceeds from every bottle sold go to the Blue Iguana Conservation.
A smooth and subtle citrus on the nose gives way to a floral and berry note followed by a hint on the back end of mint. The perfect balance of this gin allows all the botanicals to take stage. While developing Blue Iguana we emulated the flavors from locally grown, fruit like seagrapes and June Plumbs, Ginup as well as local Hibiscus. Hibiscus and Sea Grapes are among the favorite food for the Blue Iguana.
